Monday Night's Troop Committee Meeting (Calendar Planning)

Posted on Mar 31 2009 - 4:07pm
I've not yet published an agenda for Monday night's Troop Committee Meeting, but the primary focus will be the creation of the calendar for the 2009-2010 scouting year, based on the results of the boys' voting on the various outings they brainstormed a few weeks ago.

All Troop Committee Members should plan to attend and interested parents are encouraged to attend. None of these events will be possible without the assistance of adult volunteers.

The meeting will be Monday night at 7:00 at the UCC.
